產(chǎn)品簡介：
 BCA蛋白濃度測定試劑盒(BCA Protein Assay Kit)是常用的兩種蛋白濃度檢測方法之一BCA法研制而成。BCA法的原理：在堿性條件下蛋白質(zhì)分子中肽鍵結(jié)構(gòu)與Cu2+絡(luò)合并將Cu2+還原成Cu1+。BCA特異地與Cu1+結(jié)合形成穩(wěn)定的藍(lán)紫色復(fù)合物，在562nm處有最大的光吸收值并于蛋白質(zhì)濃度成正比。該測定法實(shí)現(xiàn)了蛋白濃度測定的簡單，高穩(wěn)定性，高靈敏度和高兼容性。
BCA法測定蛋白濃度不受絕大部分樣品中的化學(xué)物質(zhì)的影響，可以兼容樣品中高達(dá)5%的SDS，5%的Triton X-100，5%的Tween 20,60,80。但受螯合劑和略高濃度的還原劑的影響，需確保EDTA低于10mM，無EGTA，二硫蘇糖醇低于1mM，β-巰基乙醇低于0.01%。不適用BCA法時建議試用GBCBIO Technologies生產(chǎn)的Bradford蛋白濃度測定試劑盒(G3722)。

儲存和穩(wěn)定性:
BCA試劑A和B室溫保存，蛋白標(biāo)準(zhǔn)請-20℃凍存。本試劑盒自訂購之日起一年內(nèi)有效。
