描述: | GBCBIO公司生產(chǎn)的ECL發(fā)光液,與Pierce產(chǎn)的靈敏度相當(dāng),背景小,可與二抗上耦連的辣根過(guò)氧化物酶發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng),發(fā)出熒光,從而可以通過(guò)用X光片壓片或其它適當(dāng)熒光成像設(shè)備檢測(cè)樣品。超敏ECL化學(xué)發(fā)光試劑靈敏度極高,比DAB顯色的靈敏度至少高1000倍,比Pierce公司的SuperSignal West Pico Substrate的靈敏度高10倍,對(duì)于辣根過(guò)氧化物酶的檢測(cè)靈敏度可以達(dá)到飛克級(jí)。 |
